Pirates Ahoy Facebook guide cheats tips tricks strategies hacks codes how to

Pirates Ahoy is a very new Facebook game, and it has become one of the top Facebook games in a pretty short time. It's a Pirate game that's a little bit more light of heart than your typical Facebook adventure or sim-build game, such as Mafia Wars. There's quite a few cheats out for Pirates Ahoy, but most of them involve some kind of downloading this or editing that, and could potentially get weeded out by the company that produces the game, as soon as they catch wind of it. But my collection of tips and tricks can be done inside the game, without editing files, they are simple, and they will help you win. Enjoy, and use these tips to the best of your advantage to become the best!Unfortunately, cheats for Pirates Ahoy, aside from downloadable cheats, are few and far between. There are quite a few downloadable cheats for unlimited energy, coins, exp, etc. Aside from that though, there are a few great tips, tricks and strategies that you can do to make it much easier to beat Pirates Ahoy.

If you want to hire officers but you can't find any with the skills you need, hire ones that you don't need and then fire them. This will open up more officer choices to you so that you can possibly find officers that do have the skills that you need.

After you capture a new ship, always go to the ship management menu and pay off your new crew. This is a quick and easy way to build loyalty among your new crew.

Be sure to visit every day, even on days that you don't really play, for more chances at the Daily Lucky Dip. You can earn far more rewards this way for doing a lot less work.

Fight lots of monsters early on in the game, because this is when you will win most often. Later in the game, it becomes tougher and more arduous to fight monsters. But early on, they are a great source of earning more food, which helps you refill your energy level.Don't accept a quest without a full energy bar, because your chances of not finishing the mission will increase if you accept with less-than-full energy.

Get an easy Man o' War by capturing a colony, then manning the ship and waiting for an attack on your colony. Stay close but don't enter the battle until daytime. There won't always be an MoW but try this a few times (save the game just before you go into battle, and keep reloading from that save point if necessary). Sometimes you will even have TWO MoWs invading your colony.

Wait until your cannons severely weaken the attackers, then board the ship. You need sufficient crew to man one of these beasts, but this is as easy a way as any to get a Man o' War.

Also, the most important thing to your ship and your crew is SPEED. Go for speed above all else - try to upgrade to the fastest ship possible for the purposes you need, and don't plate your ship unless you absolutely have to. Upgrade to the fastest sails possible. And use only one type of ammo, to not only open up more space for booty, but to lighten the load and thus increase speed.

For a cheap and easy way to raise morale, go to a tavern and go to the crew hire menu. Look at the average morale. If it's higher than the average morale, fire only a portion of your crew and then rehire from the pool and your morale level will go up.

For a high-range weapon that lets you strike from afar, use culverins. Hit without being hit.

I hope these help! Got anymore hints? Post them!
